MARU brings the taste of urban Japan into downtown Kingston 

 

We specialize in a popular Japanese noodle dish called Ramen that makes for a very satisfying meal.  We also offer a wide selection of delicious Izakaya appetizers that pair nicely with our drinks and ramen. 

 

MARU is a 3-level, family-owned and operated establishment inspired by a combination of Japanese Ramen restaurants and Izakayas.  Each floor at MARU serves a different purpose.  The main floor is dedicated to serving Ramen and other menu items for lunches and dinners.  The upper level, which is an Izakaya, opens for business after lunch hour serving alcohol, appetizers and Korean bar snacks known as "ahn-joo".  Our lower level is a hall that can accomodate upto 25 people and is fully equipped with karaoke and stage, which can be reserved in advanced for any occasion.

 

MARU is open late and is the perfect spot in downtown Kingston to enjoy a delicious meal or to unwind and enjoy a few drinks.
